Terms & Conditions — sgc11

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the sgc11 website (https://sgc11.vip), all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any future applications operated under the sgc11 brand.
• "sgc11", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its management, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, creates an account, or engages in any betting or gaming activity thereon.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the sgc11 registration process, inclusive of account balance, betting history, and personal information.

• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform under Clause 2 of these Terms, including minors, individuals using automated systems, and persons from restricted jurisdictions.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond sgc11's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law.

Access to and use of the sgc11 Platform is strictly conditional upon the Player meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. sgc11 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction in accordance with Indonesian standards for adult entertainment and wagering activity. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have had a previous sgc11 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of sgc11 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.

sgc11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sgc11 support will result in account restriction until compliance is achieved.

To access betting and gaming services on sgc11, a Player must complete the registration process at /sgc11-login. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. sgc11 will rely on this information for KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sgc11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Two-Factor Authentication: sgc11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of protection and may be required as a condition of processing high-value withdrawals.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your Account balance, or any winnings to any third party.

All financial transactions on the sgc11 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits

sgc11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• sgc11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• sgc11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, erroneous, or originating from an unverified source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 applies across all payment methods.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are processed within under three minutes during standard operating hours (24/7, WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO and DANA complete in under thirty seconds.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in the Player's name. sgc11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• sgc11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting additional KYC documentation. Withdrawal processing will be paused during such review periods.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. See Clause 5 for full bonus terms.

sgc11 offers a range of bonuses, promotional incentives, and seasonal campaigns to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms and displayed at the point of bonus activation.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and associated free spins or free bets expire within the period specified in each promotion's terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing wagering requirements on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot gacor titles typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate. Sportsbook bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified in each promotion.

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting events such as the AFF Cup — are subject to specific terms published at the time of each campaign. These seasonal campaigns do not alter the general bonus terms above except where specifically stated.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the sgc11 Platform across all verticals — sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor, togel, online poker, and esports:

• Bet Acceptance: sgc11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets affected by manifest errors in odds or game settings, and bets placed by Prohibited Players.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game outcome, or payout calculation (including software malfunctions), sgc11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. sgc11 is not obligated to honour obviously erroneous odds or winnings arising from technical faults.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of placing a bet. sgc11 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Sports Integrity: sgc11 actively cooperates with sports integrity bodies to monitor suspicious betting patterns. Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of sports corruption will be voided and the matter reported to appropriate authorities.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot gacor session, the game round will be completed according to its programmatic rules. sgc11's logs will constitute the definitive record of the game outcome.

sgc11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods or identity fraud.
• Multiple account creation by the same individual.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sgc11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sgc11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Indonesian law.

sgc11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://sgc11.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

• For material changes — those that affect Player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal policies, or eligibility criteria — sgc11 will notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
• For minor or administrative changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause), sgc11 may update the Terms without prior notice.
